Katie's house was a huge three storey affair opposite the Meadows (in central Edinburgh). She didn't own it, sadly, she just rented a room in the attic - which the owner had turned into a three bedroom student flat. The whole house, though, would be just about big enough and central enough for me. I could probably fit all my friends in, or at least all of them that would contemplate living with me.
